nursing roadshow in kmpk, exhausted but fun!!

this was the first time i joined nursing roadshow. the roadshow aimed to promote our course; bachelor of nursing in ukm for matriculation student, and this time it was gopeng matriculation in perak my hometown.

perjalanan kami bermula seawal 6 pagi dari rumah dan berkumpul di ppukm. nak dijadikan cerita pagi tadi hujan turun mencurah2. bila sampai jer lobi blok pendidikan habis badan basah separuh. tapi kami tak patah semangat, the journey must go on!. kami bertolak dari ppukm pukul 7 pg, lewat sikit dari jadual asal.

selepas hampir 3 jam pejalanan, akhirnya sampai di KOLEJ MATRIKULASI PERAK(KMPK). my best friend, an ex-KMPK told me the place is huge but the landscape was superb. indeed it is. we can see the view of mountains (i believe part of banjaran titiwngsa if i'm not mistaken. haha, i hate geography wonder how i scored that subject?), the hostel was nicely painted, the cafe looks clean and the suaru was spacious. it was like 2 times larger than my former matriculation in labuan! as we arrived there, we quickly set up our booth and saw the students start to crowd our booth.



some were very interested and listen to what our course offers while there were some who came there for the sake of sweets and even asked for gooody bags. it was very fun actually, to see all the 'innocent' looking students, haven't decide what to do in the future, came and listen to us with much interest. we stood there, explain and answering all their queries, even debates with some lecturers and students who seem to look down on our profession. to be honest i love this activities very much!!

and then there were clinical booth in the clinic for health screening. we were only able to do blood pressure checking and open a counter for BMI since we forgot to tkae glucometer together for blood sugar monitoring. but still, a lot of students, lecturers and workers came for health screening.

hmm sayang nye bateri kamera mati pulak, tak dapat nak ambil gambar byk2...tp, overall, KMPK was fun but very tiring and and i felt like getting sore throat. however, if you asked me to do this activities again, i'll definitely say YES!

ipoh hujannnn!!!!

hmm, looks likes its raining season in ipoh right now. can't do much outdoor activities and here i am, stranded in my room, playing computer games and increase the risk of gaining weight, TIDAKK!!! and thank goodness too, i brought back P1wimax here, at least i can surf the internet. or else i'll end up suffering in this boredom. and then there's the keyboard. hmm, i always been dreaming to be able to play at least a song (a part from marry had a little lamb) using that keyboard, and now, here's the chance!

the song that i've been dying to play is called 'niji'. it is actually a japanesse song sang by a member of ARASHI. niji means rainbow in english. the first time i heard that song i was like, 'woww, sugoi ne!' it was beautifully played. since then i've been trying too memorize the lyrics (70% done) and now i wanna be able to play while singing this song. insyaallah, i'll try my best. gambatte kudasai!

i got to keep practice and practice. but not tomorrow though. i'll be heading back to kl tommorow, preparing for nursing roadshow in matrikulasi gopeng, perak. hope everything will go fine. so keyboard, wait for me ok!now, i got to go packing anything necessary..
