kebahagiaan adalah sesuatu yg perlu dikecapi..

hari isnin lepas, aku ada tengok satu movie ni, tajuknya Pursuit of Happiness, lakonan Will Smith. saja tgok nak lepaskan tension. apa yg menariknya filem ni sampai boleh hilangkan rasa tension yg bersarang kat hati ni???

well, maybe because of it's theme, which shows a beautiful bond between a father and his son. bagaimana seorg ayah itu berusaha keras bg memastikan anaknya mendapat apa yg anak-anak org lain kecapi. tp si ayah td tidak sewenang-wenangnya berharap pada nasib, apatah lagi belas kasihan org lain. walaupun latar belakang pelajaran dia taklah begitu cemerlang, tetapi, dia mampu mengenal potensi yg ada pada diri dia dan menggunakan sepenuhnya kemampuan yg ada pada dirinya untuk berjaya. byk sungguh halangan yg terpaksa dihadapi, kena halau dari rumah, ditahan kat lokap gara2 x bayar saman kereta dan bygkan dia pergi ke temu duga kerja dengan singlet dan jeans, sebab baru dilepaskan dari lokap. and still, he manage to get through the job interview and joined the internship program. semuanya sebab kemahiran komunikasi yg bagus. akhirnya, darpada seorg yg muflis dan papa kedana, dia bejaya menjadi seorg jutawan yg kaya raya dan masih menjadi seorg ayah yg menyayangi anak nya.

there's one line that i really like somewhere in the story. it said ' Happiness, is something that should be pursue' maksudnya, kebahagiaan adalah sesuatu yg kita perlu cari, bukan dtg bergolek. another thing that i learnead from this movie is the importance that you know your self. once you are able to identify your weakness and your strength, you were be able to unlock the door to success.

selain itu jugak, kejayaan tu pasti lagi bermakna jika ia dikongsi dengan org yg tersayang...tak kisah lah keluarga, sahabat handai, mahupun kekasih hati. as for me, my source of happiness and my strength to be successful is my family and those who are always there to support me..hmm, hopefully, i will be able to find and persue my happiness, with whoever fated for me...

bila jatuh sakit...

salam..

secara rasmi nya, inilah demam yg paling teruk pernah aku rasa selapas kene demam campak dulu. it all started on wednesday. I felt different. It started with small cough and then worsen when i stayed in air-conditioned lecture hall. my chest felt tightens and difficult to breathe. but this only happens on impulse and i thought it was not very severe. i missed the chance to hear a talk titled 'menantu pilihan mak' which i promised to go with dilla.

on the very next day, things just got worsen. I felt feverish and talk with the voice that people can hardly hear!! I was like..'ok, you have a PBL disscussion today nisa and u shouldn't skip class!'. So i braved my myself to walk to jabatan and felt much better when walking and after drinking 1/2L water. however, i was defeated by air conditioned room again. i shiver throughout the session and lost my appetite completely!! during the afternoon class, i hardly focus on the lecture though i tried my best. after class, went home straight, rest for few minutes and checked my temperature. IT READ 39.5 DEGREE CELCIOUS!!!! i thought of doing tepid sponging and rest for half an hour but end up waking at 3.40AM!!

friday..i felt better, maybe bcause i had more than enough rest. i did not take medication other then PCM to control my fever..other symptoms should resolve in time. speaking of which, i even when to tesco with kak sha, wani, ros and ira, not really to shop but i just felt like walking.

today i felt much better but still have no appetite and felt mild fever. went to puduraya to buy tickets for CNY and later this afternoon, will be leaving to bangi for konsert orkestra diraja.

really hope i will get better soon...

field work...assignments..

i'm starting off this week with like numbers of important things to do. today i went to bsn jln midah with saffa to distributes questionaires on ZT's assignment. there are few people responded well to us and willing to help with our research. some are not. and sadly most of the female customer turns us down. hmm, that's the challenge we had to face. among all, there are one person who really determined to help. he was and indian guy at late 50's who actually doesn't understand the questions given. instead of turning us down, he ask if i could help him to understand the question. so i explain to him the questions one by one and he answers according to his opinions. after almost 3 hours waiting, we only get 14 respondens.


oh goodness, this week would be totally packed. i have three assignments to be presented, a paperwork to be completed( thanks su for helping! ), and so much more to do. i just wish i can finished everything in time.

ups and down..

a lot happened last week. some are the things that i wish to forget and some are too sweet that i wished it never even end. i went to forum titled 'dekat dihati' which really tone down my tension over neverending assignments. we also presented our assignments on psychology in formed of seminar. i was the speaker and i think i speak too much and exceed time limit. oh well, i tried my best. then came saturday which i think really brighten my week. i went early for class for quick discussion with dilla and saw that person. he was there so close yet so far. i can hardly focussed on that discussion thanks to him. and then after some time he left, wave his hand and flashed a smile that i've been long too see. not only my lips curved into big smile, so does my heart..hmm, nisa u really have to do something about this. then i had lunch together with su, ira, dyana, saffa and wani at kfc. choir class started late. this week class is about finding our tune, pitching, and voice tone. i passed the test but i went too high in falsetto that causes my lower note to become breathy..hmm, thinking that our show would be on april, there's sure a lot of things to do.

belajar berenang..for real!

salam. sedar tak sedar, dah pun 3 minggu kuliah bermula. assignment pun dah makin menimbun. bayangkan, kelas straight sampai hari sabtu! nasib baik pn hng, koordinator kami bertimbang rasa orangnyer. maka dapat lah, pelepasan kuliah hari isnin. hmm, dalam sibuk2 siapkan slide show presentation, sempat jugak turun berenang dekat kolam prisma perdana dengan wani dan sara. sebenarnya tak pandai langsung berenang saje nak berendam dalam air tu, lepas tension. antara kteorg semua, wani sorang je yang tau berenang, so she's the sensei.

mula2 memang asyik tengelam jer, tertelan air, air masuk hidung, macam2 la. tapi, lepas nampak sara dah hampir berjaya, i just can't lose. lama2 bley la terapung sikit2 tanpa paut dinding kolam. walaupun x berapa mahir lagi, setakat ni puas hati la dah bley berenang sikit2. mungkin kene belajar teknik bernafas yang betul. erm, as for now, i'll be concentrate on slide preparation. till next time.

how i spent christmas holiday 2009.

salam. lama rasanya tak menulis kat blog ni. anyway it's not too late to wish happy new year to everyone! hmm, sblum buka cerita pasal new year, i would like to share my experience or should i say, my journey to johor on last christmas holiday with friends from ukm; Ira, Dilla and Ida. actually, we had planned this trip since october and alhamdulillah, we manage to make it happen!

hmm, our journey started on the 24th dec 09 where we boldly when to puduraya, hoping that tickets to muar is still available. luck was on our side and we've got the tickets to muar at 8.30 pm. after almost 3hours journey, we arrived at muar around 11 pm. there, ira's parents were waiting to fetch us. then, we went for supper and then to ira's house in kg serom 5, muar. since it was already dark and our eyes were eager too stay close, we went to bed.


the next day, we were greeted with complete cuisine for breakfast. we met ira's grandmom and chat with her. we also met ira's cousins,2 active boys whom i forgot their names and 2 shy girls; one named sofea, 4 years old and the other one is ain 2 years old. at first they were scared of us but after some time, they were eager to play with us. then, before we knew it, lunch was prepared. again, we were treated with finger licking dishes, asam pedas, my favourite.



After jumaat prayers, ira's brother drove us to Melaka. in melaka we went for
sightseeing around Bandaraya Melaka, we shop at mahkota parade and again went shopping in on of the craft market. Melaka was flooded with people, may be because of christmas holiday. sadly, we did not get the chance to ride eye on malaysia because it was already late




on our third day in muar, we went to ledang. this time, there's only four of us. as we reached ledang, we were greeted by a beautiful scenery and sound of waterfall. since we do not planned to bathe there, we just sat there, chats, admiring the beauty of nature, and eventually get wet! alhamdulillah, non of us fell into the water.

we also takes a lot of pictures there, credits to ida! after having a lot of fun there, we proceed to our next destination, tangkak. we had lunch at kfc and then do some shopping there. well, tangkak is famous for their wide range of textiles, where you can shop fabrics at bargainable prices. i spent hundred for 2 pairs of fabric to make baju kurung and 2 shawls.



after having so much fun, sightseeing, and get to know with ira's family, it is time for us to head back to kl. we were very thankful to ira and family for their hospitality, hmm johorian are really nice and friendly.
