assalamualaikum..

watched role play performance for communication subject, by juniors in year 1..there was 4 groups performing....only first group used malay while others in english..

the first one was more to common 'malay' melodrama flicks...you know, its like watching bawang putih bawang merah....

mood:

the second one was fun and ridiculous but fun...about all in one fairytales stories..love their costumes, the actors and actresses did a good job, i think most of us were laughing all the way...and the best line is " ouch, my leg's hurt, but my shoes are ok" , and it came from the supposed to be "Prince Charming". and there were Shrek too..and who can forget the wicked witch's laughed..haha, totally a twisted fairy tales!

the third one was ok, about a native red indian tribe's so called hot bachelor looking for his bride..nice set up, nice costume, not bad...

the last one smells mystery. they did pick a good theme, but it was lacking in element of surprised, and sound effect..still i enjoyed their performance..but i don't get the ending...hmmmm...

overall, they are really creative! to be able to come out with such performance within a week was a WOW! sadly, the lighting crew screwed out their shows.

I personally chose them as the WINNER...

yang botak tu dummy utk practice CPR

yay, saya dah pandai buat CPR. Kem CPR & First Responder telah merealisasikan impian saya. (chet, poyo je..). CPR  bermaksud CardioPulmonary Resuscitation manakala first responder tu pulak adalah apa tindakan kita jika terjumpa keadaan kecemasan aatau kemalangan. kem ini berlangsung di Hotel Royal Bintang, Seremban dan terbuka kepada sesiapa sahaja yang berminat untuk mempelajari teknik CPR terbaru, tak kisah lah orang awam mahupun pekerja kesihatan.

apa yang saya belajar??

sebelum buat keputusan untuk CPR, pastikan:
- mangsa tidak memberi respons, tiada usaha bernafas (lihat pergerakan dada), tiada nadi.
- pastikan laluan udara tidak tersekat oleh objek asing.
   jika ada sekatan, lakukan Heimlich Maneuver. kalo
   nak tahu pe benda tu, sila google sendiri.
- mangsa TIDAK terlibat dalam kemalangan yang memungkinkan kecederaan pada bahagian tulang dada.


Penting untuk dapatkan bantuan daripada pegawai perubatan, jadi sila telefon 999 sebelum nak lakukan CPR. tak kisah lah anda memang dalam bidang perubatan atau pun orang biase2 jer.

teknik CPR terbaru mengikut garis panduan American Heart Association ialah:-
1. compression on the center of chest or specifically on sternum.
2. compresssion to rescue breath ratio= 30 :2 for 5 cycles. then check for pulse or breathing effort.
3. if you chose NOT to do rescue breath, do 100 compression in 1 minutes.


the essence of performing CPR is to do it in rhythm and synchronicity! dan untuk pengetahuan yang membaca, CPR tidak semestinya memerlukan rescue breath aka pernafasan mulut ke mulut. jadi jangan ragu-ragu untuk belajar CPR.

dengan CPR..anda mungkin jadi penyelamat..atau.... PEMBUNUH..

Plan mengejut pergi tengok filem Merong Mahawangsa. jujurnya, aku tak lah expert sangat nak tulis review filem. walaupun apa orang komen tentang cerita HMM ini, aku tak ambik kisah pun. sebab cerita ini sangat berbaloi untuk ditonton. lagi2 untuk peminat cerita ala2 Pirate of Caribbean. Kelakar banyak, kagum pun ade, sedih pun ade. and oh ya, pada mereka yang pengsan kalo nampak darah, kemungkinan besar anda akan pengsan melihat filem ini sebab memang banyak darah!  filem ini menggunakan 50% bahasa inggeris dan 50%  lagi bahasa melayu. bahasa melayu nye pulak standard bahasa melayu dalam buku komsas sekolah menegah dulu. huu, Klasik..ok, malas tulis banyak, antara highlight yang menarik dalam HMM..

1. Babak perang puak Geruda dangan rombongan puteri daripada China, cantik la efek anak panah jatuh banyak2 dari langit.

2. penutup kepala berupa kulit harimau yang Taji (pawang jahat dalam cerita tu) pakai nampak macam karpet jer.

3. suka Putera Marcus  berbanding Merong hahah! fighting scene masa perang yang last dengan puak geruda tu, beliau nampak sungguh cool! 

4. watak embok, doesn't need dialogue, her face expression tells all.  

5. ending yang sedih.

overall? saya bagi 5 bintang untuk HMM! good job KRU! lepas ni tak sabar nak tengok filem Karak. Trailer dia seram jugak.

since my english is dying and english class was cancelled, i decided that i should brush up my english HERE!


today is about running here and there.  after suffering from financial constraint FINALLY, here comes our scholarship..Ka Ching $$$$..first stop, me, Kak Sha, su and saffa went to treat ourselves with movie called Khurafat. being a fan of horror movies, i was waiting for this movie ever since watching the promo flick.

 overall it was ok. if you are looking for a way to scare yourself, this movie certainly had it potential to make you scream. (at least i did, few times). Su who was sitting next to me was 'burying' herself under her hijab. haha, she was predicting when the ghost will come out by referring to the background music. seriously, the ghost keep poping out here and there, sometimes it was scary but when it happen too often, it's lame. 

     And another important fact, the setting of this film was mostly in the hospital as the hero 'shamsul yusof' was potrayed as an assisstant medical officer. the hospital was always gloomy and terribly dark during the scene for night shift. (i'll never go for night shift at that hospital if that was the real setting there!) you can also see the flaw in most malay film or dramas, they tend to miss the small details when shooting a scene of hospitalized character. imagine, the person was on rebreather mask but the bag wasn't inflated at all! and most of the audience today turn out to be staff nurses! they were commenting throughout the whole movie, and some of the comments do make me smile to myself. But again, it is a movie worthy to watch. the story line was a bit different from others malay horror movie but the ghost was cliche..(long hair women..).

then, after a quick shopping, i was again, rushing back to my hostel for netball practice. running all the way from emergency department to my room on the forth floor and to the court really used up my energy. and for the record, i only had MEGI for lunch. haha, i survived! the practiced was fun, and i injured myself, as usual, (my toe nail cracked and bled). but still, i was looking forward for the game this sunday. may victory be with us! Ouch MY toe is hurting.. ='(

when seniors and juniors teamed up!

aku tak bodoh!!

 Hari ni aku pergi tonton cerita 'Aku Tak Bodoh' kat TGV Seberang Prai. niat di hati nak tengok Rapunzel: Tangled Tale tapi dah terlepas waktu tayangan. tapi memang tak rugi. keseluruhan cerita menghiburkan dan menarik. kelakar jugak cerita tu, asyik tergelak je sepanjang menonton. ok, to cut thing short, ini adalah fakta menarik tentang filem Aku Tak Bodoh. nak tahu sinopsis boleh google atau search kat internet ye~~

1. dialog dalam ceita ni memang sempoi, tak berbunga2. short and hillarious.

2. kelakar sangat masa scene Jefri, budak umur 8 tahun, bawak kawan
    dia pergi klinik sebab ingat kawan dia tu mengandung. ni semua gara2
    pengaruh drama tv. ade ke menari pusing2 keliling pokok boleh buat
   org pregnant. haha, siap suruh makan nenas berplastik2 lagi. memang
   kelakar scene tu. pandai pulak pergi jumpa doktor.

3. lagi satu scene yang kelakar masa ayah si Sudin nak belikan beg
     baru untuk anak dia tu. beg kartun yang dibeli, macam beg sekolah
     rendah dulu padahal anak dia da 18 tahun!

4. aku rasa tema utama cerita ni ialah komunikasi. yep, antara ibubapa
    dengan anak2, guru dengan murid, ibubapa dengan guru...pendek
    kata kalau komunikasi berlaku sehala je, memang akan berlaku
    konflik.
    (ewah, buat hipotesis lak aku neyh..)

5.  aku suka tengok Sudin berlawan. waaaa....sugoi ne! smart hensem
     giler!!

6. mak cik yang kene ragut dengan Sudin dan Roy tu pun kelakar. keh2, boleh pulak dia cakap 'saje telefon  
    polis, nak tengok kecekapan polis Malaysia buat kerja'.

7. masa bapak sudin cakap i love you dekat dia..haha, sumpah kelakar. sampai terlepas periuk nasi. tapi
     bila dialog yang sama diulang masa ayah dia tenat, rasa sedih pulak.

8. ending dia tak boleh bla! boleh pulak Sudin tu menang pingat emas kat olimpik acara silat. kah2..macam
    tak logik pulak.

jadi memang tak rugi lah tengok cerita ni. walaupun diadaptasi daripada filem daripada singapore (I Not Stupid) tapi aku rasa cerita ni best. nak kasi 4 bintang la!!

penonton yang berpuas hati...
cerita ni memang sesuai untuk tontonan keluarga..

ps: sakit hati dengan perangai penonton yang tak tahu hormat penonton lain. dah la tak silent handphone, boleh kutuk2 pulak filem ni. kalau tak nak tengok keluar je la kan??!! buat bising jer..ish, ish, ish..terok x3!!

Harry Potter, the 7th episode...

yay, akhirnya keluar jugak filem Harry Potter. Sejak kematian Prof Dumbledore yang menutup siri filem HP yang lepas, aku memang tak sabar2 nak tunggu kesinambungan filem yang ramai die hard fans ni. 

lepas 2jam setengah menonton, boleh dirumuskan yang HP and the Deathly Hollows memang best. jangan ditanya perbandingan filem dengan novel sebab aku bukanlah peminat setia novel Harry Potter. Movie ok la.

Memang  banyak aksi dan emosi yang dipaparkan. Dengan bermaharajalelanye Lord Voldermort, banyak watak2 lain yang terkorban. (nak tahu siapa kena tgok la, tak pun baca buku dia). tapi antara watak2 yang terkorban tu, bagi aku, yang paling sedih sekali bila Tobby the Elf (tobby ke dobby ek, translation kate dobby..) mati masa nak selamatkan HP and the geng daripada Bellatrix. alamak, kan dah bocor satu huhu.. Selain tu jugak jalan cerita kali ni lebih tertumpu pada pemburuan Lord Voldermort untuk mencari tongkat sakti baru untuk membunuh HP kerana tongkat yang sedia ade tak mampu berbuat sedemikian. Di sudut lain pulak, HP dan kawan2 sibuk mencari dan memusnahkan Horcrux yang menyimpan jiwa Lord Voldermort supaya dapat menghapuskan beliau. (hehe, apakah?).

ok, secara keseluruhannya, HP & the deathly hollow berjaya memuaskan hatiku dari sudut hiburan. I mean, it's fun to watch those actions, friendship quality, the bond and strength to protect those important to you, and also the budding loves and jealousy between those characters. 

tapi satu jer la, bagi mereka yang menonton, perasan tak ada 'jarum' Illuminati kat dalam cerita tu. sebenarnya, hampir semua filem keluaran hollywood ada menyelitkan unsur2 atau simbol kebesaran Iluminati ni. In fact, cerita HP7 tu sendiri bergerak atas simbol yang digahkan oleh golongan iluminati. hmm, perasan tak simbol yang cuba ditafsir oleh Hermoine tu, yang rupa2nya mewakili 3 barangan death hollows tu menyerupai lambang satu mata, yang juga merupakan simbol pemujaan utk dajal? hehe, ke aku sorang jer yang terlebih perasan??

hmm, menonton sambil berfikir.....wallahualam~~

hari ni pergi tengok wayang, cerita Takers. Ada lapan orang yang pergi. macam rombongan kelas pulak. jalan ceritanya not bad. boleh la kasi 4 bintang. (ceh, macam aku expert sangat jer nak kasi bintang2 ni..).

Ceritanya mengisah kan sekumpulan perompak profesional, berselindung disebalik rupa yang smart dan masing2 ada kerjaya sendiri. nak tahu lebih?? pergi la beli tiket dan tengok sendiri. tak best la kalau cerita lebih-lebih.

 tapi memang menarik la terutama sekali nilai persahabatan yang diterapkan (bak kata kawan aku cik saffa chok). sebak jugak tengok babak ahli kumpulan perompak tu terbunuh. lagi2 yang paling hensem mati dulu..watak hayden christensen (bak kata asimah, kawan aku sorg lagi, 'masa mati pun hensem jugak' ) selain tu aksi kejar mengejar dan rompakan terancang tu pun nampak tak mengecewakan. sampai kita orang pun sepakat menyokong kumpulan perompak  berbanding polis..ish,ish, ish...ni lah pengaruh filem hollywood yang salah pun nampak baik jer..

okeyh..wake up2!! masa bergumbira dah habis. esok sambung posting kat wad psikiatrik lagi.

waa...finally, i've found a drama with narimiya hiroki as the lead actor~~ yes..after watching a lot of his works..mostly as second hero and appears as cameo, Yankee kun to Megane chan was the answer to my prayer...

i'm totally a fan of this guy. i've seen him in gokusen, bloody monday, NANA and then hachimitsu to kuroba. definitely admire his acting (and his killer smile..huhu..)

the story line:
adaptation from a manga of the same title, the story revolves around life of shinagawa daichi (narimiya hiroki), an ex-delinquent (they called it yankee) who hopes to succeed his father's clinic. yes. he wants to become a doctor. because he was always bullied by his older sister, he fights others to be strong. well, he didn't intend to be bad, but being a fighter who never loss a fight makes him a target for those other deemed to be no1 gangster. and the best part is, he always win the fights, making other people to marks him as a bad person. during his last fight to save his friend, he was mistaken as Hurricane Ada, another tough fighter who never losses any battle.
  so one thing led to another. daichi end up in a best school with a bad reputation as an ex-delinquent and met Adachi Hana/the real Hurricane Ada (naka riisa), also an ex-delinquent who is trying to build a new reputation as a 'normal girl'. together, they faced the challenges to change other classmates perspective towards yankee. besides them, another excellent student, Izumi Gaku (kanata hongo)..who despise Daichi, also shares the same secret.

the opinion:
overall, the story tackles the issues of accepting other's as who they are, teenage parents relationship, friendship and also finding the purpose of life. it was fun to watch. well, i had always admire narimiya's acting. he always manage to play his character well eventhough as supporting actor. he fought well too..waaa...i'm totally becoming his fan!! the downside however, is narimiya kun looks odd playing a high school student (he's 27!!) along with other younger cast selection like kanata hongo (19) and naka riisa (21). if only the drama was filmed 10 years back, he would have been perfect!

where to watch??
well, i'm not sure if it is shown in any tv channels in Malaysia. maybe you can try any streaming sites for japan drama like mysoju.

 anyway, do watch this drama. it's hillarious and it offers a deep meaning to think about.
